Shipment

How do we ship	All goods are send from our German facility by Registered Mail. When receiving the goods a signature is required.
Handling Time	Standard goods will be shipped within 1 day Mo-Fr after succesful payment. Custom printed buoys will take a week to be ready.
Delivery time	Please allow a delivery time 6 - 21 days. How long it takes will also highly depend on the mail service in your country.
Tracking	Tracking is available for all our shipments. You will receive an email with the tracking information. While tracking updates are be available throughout the delivery journey for most countries, this can vary and cannot be guaranteed. Contact us any time if you cannot find your order or haven't received a tracking email (please also check your spam).
Customs	We do provide customs forms CN22/23 for all our shipments in accordance with international import regulations.
Tax & Duty	Depending on your country there might be import duty and tax to be paid on arrival. Most countries allow duty-free/VAT free import up to a certain value. Swiss Customers can use meineinkauf.ch

That's why we pack & ship your order within a 24hrs (Mon – Fri excluding Public Holidays)*. From here the delivery time is out of our control and can vary greatly ... the postal services have surprised us in the past.

We are sending our Surface Markers all over the world - from Finland to Hawai, Australia and Canada... based on our experience it will reach you sometime within 6 - 21 days.

Here is a list of estimated shipping times:

Germany	1 - 2 days
Europe	6 - 10 days
United States	7 - 21 days, we have seen it all
Australia, Asia	10 - 21 days, eg. Singapore 10 days, Australia more likely to be 21 days

*Custom Printed Buoys can take up to a week to complete, next day shipping Mondays to Fridays
