All our Custom Print products are individually hand printed in Germany using quality German Silkscreen Ink to ensure a rich and long lasting print.

Important note – Terms & Conditions

• Add up to 7 days works time for custom print
• As we are printing on finished products we are limited to size and edge constraints.
• Due to the nature of printing on a nylon buoy (SMB's cannot be stretched out completely flat) there may be some print edges that appear slightly uneven due to the wrinkle in the fabric. This can only be seen when closely viewed and cannot be seen when observed from a distance.
• Our quality control will ensure that your printed product looks as great as possible with these limitations considered.
• All Custom Print orders will be subject to final review and approval by Surface Marker prior to printing. Should the text be deemed inappropriate or does not match the paid for characters the order will be rejected and payment refunded.
• Custom Printed products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Your Two Year Surface Marker Warranty does not extend to custom print fading or deteriorating due to exposure.
